Examples:

721 Miami Odyssey (12noon-6pm, $28 + $$)
504 is the activity number which help Jerry and Marty register you.
This number also indicates the day (December 29th) and the general time ("afternoon").
12noon is the time that everyone has to be outside the dining hall, ready to go.
$28 is the cost of the trip (individual portion for vehicle rental, gas, and museum admission fees) that you pay to SWIM.
We suggest that you bring about $20 cash (+$$). The description usually includes the reason
spending money is recommended. In this case, the description says you will eat out before returning to camp.
If you tend to spend, please bring more money.

522 Sundown Birding (2pm-7:30pm, $10)
522 is the activity number which help Jerry and Marty register you.
2pm is the time that everyone has to be outside the dining hall, ready to go.
$10 is the cost of the trip (individual portion for vehicle rental and gas).
Although other expenses are not anticipated, a stop for cinnamon rolls or milkshakes
is never 100% out of the question on SWIM trips. Pocket money is good for this.

535 Dinner Out – Farmer’s Market (6pm-8pm, $2 + $$)
535 is the activity number which help Jerry and Marty register you.
6pm is the time that everyone has to be outside the dining hall, ready to go.
$2 is the cost of the trip (individual portion for vehicle rental and gas).
We suggest that you bring about $20 cash (+$$). The description usually includes
the reasonspending money is recommended. In this case, the description says your
cash is to cover food and drink. This is probably a minimum.
Again, if you tend to spend more, please bring more!

+$ = bring about $10 to spend, +$$ = bring about $20 to spend, +$$$ = bring about $30 to spend
